imotif: Enter the 3rd Annual iPhone Photography Exhibition

Now is the time to enter imotif, the 3rd Annual iPhone Photography Exhibition, presented by Sohn Fine Art Gallery in Lenox, MA.

All entries must be received by December 17, 2017. If any of your work is accepted, you will be notified by December 30, 2017.

The public will decide the winner and the People's Choice Award Winner will receive one archival pigment print printed by Sohn Fine Art, of their own chosen work in any size up to 40" x 60" on a substrate of their choice, a $450 value. Submission guidelines can also be found on CAFE (callforentry.org).

"No Parking EVER After" was in imotif 2016 from Mark D Phillips' Facebook series documenting the hundreds of "No Parking" signs in South Brooklyn, most from film shoots that have totally inundated the area.

"Over the years, we have had film companies just come in and take over blocks of parking," said Phillips, "towing residents cars to 'legitimate' spaces somewhere close by. But they don't tell you where they have towed your car to, you are on your own to find it. This sign shows the lunacy of the parking situation in Downtown Brooklyn. Why bother having a car?"
